I just played now, during my first game everything was fine. I am in my second game now and I cannot seem to find the body and any clues in the victims residence :(

Hi there, I am facing the same problem as Gerogina Clements. It shows an error message, when the game starts, there is no body or clue to be found.

have to quit those with the error 19, all my quits were due to this

I streamed Sleuth: Shades of Mystery on YouTube today and there was an error message saying - "Something went wrong with that command: mystery_accept_case 19." Unfortunately, it seems that other users have encountered error 19 as well. After the message showed, the crime scene was empty with no clues and no body to be found. I can send you the link to the stream, so you can see exactly what happened. We tried to solve the case without a body and clues, but I and my YouTube Friends ultimately decided to quit the case, so we wouldn't chance a loss being on our record. We have never quit a case before, but due to this error it was a choice we had to make.

Please remove the quits and/or false accusations off of everyone's record who had this issue. Please fix this soon. I really love this game and I enjoy streaming it! I used to play on my old account back when the game first started. I'm a long time fan of this game and I still want to be able to stream it.
