JDavC found an exploit in the mystery logic that allowed guilty suspects to be safely accused with less than three stars of evidence without ruling out other suspects. He then proceeded to very kindly fix that issue. So beware all of less than three star evidence accusations.

This has been rolled back whilst an issue with favor cases is resolved.
