Problem with Subscriptions

Hi All,

So I just became aware of the problem where subscriptions were not getting automatically activated the way the are supposed to.

I am REALLY sorry about this. The idea of not giving people a service they paid for is really troubling to me, and I'll do everything I can to get this fully resolved as quickly as I can.

I believe that I have now credited everybody who purchased a subscription to date. For people who have had to wait more than a few days, I added some extra time onto the subscription to make up for the inconvenience.

I have not yet fixed the underlying bug, so expect a few hour delays on new subscriptions until I do. I'll let you know when that is fixed.

Ok, I think that the problem has been fully fixed now. I'll keep a close eye on things to make sure all subscriptions are working the way they are supposed to.

Please let me know here if you think something isn't working with your subscription.

I have just renewed my subscription and it hasnt automatically registered that i am a subbed and so i cant play any more than my 4 cases. How long does it normally take to activate?

I have paid for a 2 month subscription and did not receive anything yet. Why did this happen? I have a receipt in my email.
Can anyone help answer this question? How do I contact the game administrator?

Ben,

The Butcher no longer has a Shop available, to purchase the Amethyst Ring. Can you fix this and bring back the Butcher Shop?

Please fix the bugs that have been reported to you as quickly as you fix subscription errors. I gave you the benefit of the doubt and subscribed for one more month, but it will be my last month that I will pay you if I don't hear anything back from you about the bug reports. Thank you! :-)
