Just thinking: what does Ben do when there are no problems - is he dreaming up new scenarios, improving basic techniques, ie suggestions for improvements on the basic Sleuth (which I haven't noticed being implemented or corrected), or just taking it easy and watching the dosh rolling in :) NOT |

I reported a bug (or what seemed to be) about 5 days ago - but via smail rather than the 'report a bug' link. No-one has got back to me since. Is it normal to wait this long (or longer)? I would be happy even if they were just responding to say that it was my mistake and not a 'bug'. But until they do I won't know and that can make for a nervous player..... |

@ Skye Sailor. I saw that copy. That's Ben deal. I can't look at cases that have been played, only ones that are held in storage. Less people tinkering with the Databases innards the better.

elle, i don't see the problem, as it would be up to the individual whether or not to use the service. i think it'd be nice if people wanted to store cases they thought were broken in some open area. it would be another way for players to build cameraderie in a non-competitive way. personally, i do think that there is a solution to every puzzle and having this options would be a good way to learn what you've missed if you are frustrated with a case.

hi belami, it sounds fine the way you put it - i was taking a look at the possible downside.

elle, that too would work. maybe simplest would be if anyone using the service would just forfeit that case and also have the option to submit it anonymously, if they prefer, as an open challenge to all players. that way, people could learn what clue they had missed without any personal involvement at all. |

i checked mindbloom and it does not seem like ben has been there either i am really getting worried that something could have happened to him. why would he just disappear from the projects that he created? i hope he is alright and returns. nothing is happening at noir either and there are only 4 players online right now. please come back ben we all really miss you |
