WARNING! Accuse with less than 3 stars of Evidence at your own Risk!

Sleuth Admin

Some corner cutters amongst you had discovered some safe ways to accuse suspects without first gathering 3 stars of evidence.

In sticking with the original intent of the game (not to mention our hitherto faultless game documentation), it is no longer safe to ever accuse with only 1 or 2 stars.

Good luck out there...

and Happy Sleuthing.

Wow! I never thought of that, I just thought that based on xp would be the best bet. However, I still think that when a low level player stored IH for you to do, maybe the system should detect it and twist it right away according to your xp. Tough to implement and I know 95\% players didn't want to catch up with higher xp player, so my suggestion is just rubbish.

@Droid:

Ohh, if Ben set another rule of case stored in case files only can be accuse by the person who store it in? That would not allow higher xp player to get easier cases of a lower case level, right? ^_^ This would still allow agency to get help from agency members in case of stucked cases.

Joseph, difficulty should be based on case lavel, not on some arbitrary considerations, that is something pretty obvious I believe.

But if you really want to see experienced players doing the harder cases then here's a suggestion:

once someone has reached 4 million exp, all case givers will offer ONLY AI cases
once someone has reached 1 million exp, all case givers will offer ONLY RH cases

I believe all players will be interested in doing some of their own cases in between favors.

Just a thought.

Like that idea Lu or see the lower cases beg, easy, inter,vh, vvh not be available at 1 million then no IH or lower at 4 million.

Same for once you get to 100,000 exp nothing lower then Hard cases.

Maybe move these ideas to suggestion thread.

@Lu:

I like your idea too as I always hated to reset my case with special mission in order to do AI cases.

Once player reaches 100,000 xp, lowest case offered would be Intermediate

Once player reaches 500,000 xp, lowest case offered would be Very Hard

Once player reaches 1,000,000 xp, lowest case offered would be Incredibly Hard

Once player reaches 5,000,000 xp, lowest case offered would be Stupendously Hard

Once player reaches 10,000,000 xp, lowest case offered would be Ridiculously Hard

Once player reaches above 20,000,000 xp, only Almost Impossible Case level is offered

Maybe Admin will allow us to vote on this matter.

@Chen: I believe you and Disgraced Doctor Caine are the same person

Yes, in fact when you do a search on ": Caine", there will be:

Disgraced Doctor: Caine
Reformed Burglar: Caine
Retired Lawyer: Caine
FIR: Caine
DPD: Caine
MD: Caine

They're all belongs to me, as I created them right after Achievement Prizes been released in order to find out which background gets which prizes for achievements. So far, I only have time to login DD: Caine once in a while to test out the new rules after 3 stars Warning been implemented and to understand the game better in a lower xp point of view. Actually I think all players need to try out other backgrounds as well before realizing which background suit them best. ^_^

How is changing cases offered to those with more game expereince making it harder? One would figure the more expereince you have the more skill points you have earned. The better your skill set is to routinely do cases at a higher level.
