No physical evidence?

If there is no physical evidence against a suspect, does this mean that he/she is definitely innocent?

hi Abby,

The footprint must belong to another suspect if it doesn't match Gwen.

and in this case, you've missed an important physical evidence in the crime scene.

btw, if you want to rely on witness evidence alone, only the killer will have a combine physical+witness evidence of 3 or more stars against him/her.

It is always possible that there is no physical evidence against the real killer. This is the case when the physical evidence belongs to somebody who is innocent (real alibi or dead).

But it is no problem to find the killer with witness evidence only.

A witness can give either one or two stars; and when you have several witness testimonies, you will get your 3 stars to accuse safely.

1 star witness evidence is "stolen gold watch" or "verbal threat" or "previous attempt to kill" or "seen leaving scene/hearsay"

2 star witness evidence is anything related to blood - "bloody shirt" or "bloody hands", and also "plot to kill".

Thank you, everyone.

no kivaas,

that's not possible, as there's always a physical evidence pointing to the killer.

if you can't find it, means you've missed it in the crime scene.
