I think I have a more pleasant Sleuth Mail experience in place for people now. Mailboxes now page, and the multi deleting/saving is controlled with checkboxes. Sorry about the false start a couple weeks ago.

There may still be a few rough edges, but I think this setup is much more manageable than the old un-paged / delete-all setup. If you do have any problems with the new Sleuth Mail system, please respond to this thread with:
1) What the bug is (be as specific as possible please)
2) The type and version of your browser
3) Your computer's OS (Windows, Mac... Chrome OS anybody?)

Assuming the updated Sleuth Mail is working for everybody, I'm planning on deleting all un-saved messages that are more than two months old. So, be sure to save any older messages that you want to hold onto.

For you Noir players, I'm planning on moving this update over to Sleuth Mail there as well soon too.

Ohh Ben,

I need help, my sent box contains smail since July 2008. You said the system will clear smail that's more than 2 months old, does that include sent mails? After clearing my sent box for more than 30 mins, i still have 425 sent smail to clear.

Ok, the older un-saved message are deleted. I ended up trimming everything before April.

Joseph, there is no way for you to save sent messages, so no, all of those messages before April are gone from your sent folder. If people really want to save their sent messages, I can add a separate saved sent folder in the future.
