one suspect two stars

In the current case I am on the only evidence I could find was a footprint. I have matched the print to a suspect but it only gives me two stars. The murder weapon was found in a different persons house but they have a real alibi. Do I accuse the person based on two stars and a fake alibi?

Do you still have charm or intimidation left? You could question your other suspects and ask if any of them has any proof. Surely one of them knows something...

@LadyGus:
What you could do is to re-check the crime scene, slowly going through every single inch of the rooms in crime scene, to make sure you didn't miss any physical evidence.

Once you've done that, then if there's no missing physical evidence, you can find the motive of that suspect with 2 stars and fake alibi, for you to accuse.

Note: However, if you have missed a physical evidence, then you're recommended to find a match to that.
