A funny thing happened on the way to the Crime Scene

I thought I'd start a thread for people to post the funny things they have encountered here in Sleuth. Funny names, relations of suspects, placement of evidence, anthing you found remotely comical to do with a case.

I'll start things off with a tale from one of my recent cases.

The victim was a 79 year old woman killed by blunt force trauma. The strange part was that the murderer turned out to be her father. Since she was 79, we can estimate her father to be somewhere in his late 90's or early 100's. At close to 100 years old, I'm surprised gramps had the strength to lift a hammer, little lone flee from the crime scene before the police arrived.

Anyone else have a funny tale to tell?

If you were to set up a small business in Hammett Square selling misplaced tyre levers you'd make a tidy profit.

I had a problem with a game today. I asked everyone for leads and they did not give me the character that caused the murder. Therefore I failed. boo!

My client died... and the only clue I found, did not match any of the False alibis.... Funnier, I now have an FA....

My favorite is when you have a gunshot case and there's a bloody knife sitting on the dresser. Okay, you didn't kill this guy, but who did you kill?? Oh, and I always leave a glass sitting in the middle of my couch when I leave the house. A nice twist would be a guard dog that you have to bribe with a biscuit. Lol.

Oh, and choosing between cases... hmmm, $250. or $310? hmmm, and the winner is...
And Agarwal-A, sorry to hear bout your FA. That sucked. You're not alone though. I got duped on my 2nd intermediate case.
